Wanting to get in more water, after the trip to Devil’s Lake, we decided to head to Dillon Falls. Upon arrival at the boat ramp, it was decided this would be the perfect spot to start our kayaking adventures (stand by for Summer time posts).

Wanting to see more, we hiked a short trail down to the falls, and boy were they flowing nicely. Jake had visited this spot early into our arrival to Oregon and was amazed at how the water is rising. Spots he once stood in, now covered in loud, heavily flowing water.

Wanting even more, we’ve devised a plan to hike from Benham Falls down to Eddy Falls in the upcoming weeks. Getting outdoors here is much different than Florida. I’m looking forward to much more excitement and fun over the years.
